Business document archiving in Dynamics 365 SCM

Our solution archives business documents fully automatically in Dynamics 365 SCM and thus enables more efficient work. Your company benefits from high time and cost savings and facilitates communication internally and externally. Automatic archiving of business documents takes place in the background during a report generation. Predefined meta data for search terms facilitate the document search in your company archive. In addition, external electronic documents can also be added to your archive. Quite simply with a document scanner or via a drag-and-drop function.

For capturing external paper documents, we use a product from ABBYY.  As Document Management System (DMS) Sharepoint Online is used. Microsoft is in possession of various certificates which confirm a revision-proof archiving in Sharepoint Online. Our solution
